I hope to become an inclusive leader in the arts through my work as a director and choreographer, and I want to express my commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

I believe that every project I work on should have an EDI consultant as part of the creative team. I recognize that my lived experience is one of a non-black, female human being; this is the way that I have experienced life, and this is the lens through which I will view the projects I am working on. I always want to create an equitable space and have leadership and consultants who can accurately speak to experiences that are different than my own. I want to create spaces that are better and different than some of the ones I have experienced, and I am committed to being a part of necessary change in our industry.

MY MISSION

Victoria was selected as an up and coming choreographer to participate in the inaugural
